This week we have been working on making predictions. Thinking about what is coming next in the story we are reading. In math we practiced adding by making a ten. Using our doubles and doubles plus one facts and making a ten will help us when adding 3 numbers. We had our first butterfly hatch and it was a boy. The class named it Thunderbolt. We let him go on Tuesday and we hope he will fly away to Mexico. Here is a link to our Daily 5 ipick video.

Daily 5 in class. These are some of our first ipod projects this year. We made these last week but not everyone in class had a chance because we only get 5 ipods one day a week. The others who did not make on this time will get a chance the next time.
